Typical Price

A woman sheltering under an umbrella creates one of Shoun's most dynamic "Fashions of Today" compositions. The diagonal line of the umbrella adds visual energy to this early bijin-ga. Pre-earthquake Matsuki Heikichi editions are the most desirable, selling for $1,000-$2,500. Posthumous or later reprints range from $300-$800. Condition of the subtle color printing is paramount.

Description
